What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for some of my programs I do have seen a pricing but typically I like to get to know my client see what they're looking for and create a plan that makes sense and works with my value as well as their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first send them an assessment to find out any existing health issues. Find out what their goals are and then suggest a plan to begin the process of accomplishing them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college for 3 years before running off to get married LOL. But I do have over 15 very certifications and Fitness, Wellness and nutrition.
