- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible in my pricing. I set my quote with an expected rate in mind, but am willing to negotiate and will lower the price on my own if a job ends up taking less time than I anticipated it would. With that in mind, I do quote with my expected realization in mind, meaning I am looking for a price that is fair to both the client and myself. On the other hand, I would never seek a higher price than initially agreed to unless there was a significant, unexpected factor. I will adhere to price agreed upon prior to the actual start of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a CPA for 15 years, four of those in public accounting. I am also a CFA. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting, an MBA, and am currently pursuing a master's degree in accounting. I'm also a Certified Quickbooks Online Advisor.
