FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked at the most prestigious facilities in Virginia Beach where you don't even want to know what I charge. By training at my house and you traveling to me you will be receiving top of the line services at a 'steal' of a rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually talk through text or email for a couple days so I can fully grasp what they are aiming to accomplish and why. I also like to go into detail about any prior injuries or surgeries so we can approach those cautiously. I then like to gain their confidence by telling them how I plan on helping them accomplish their goals and any specific experiences that may relate to theirs. The first appointment will have a consultation with some brief paperwork followed by a fitness assessment. We then use the remainder of our time to get a sweat in. I'm getting excited just thinking about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Communications which allows me to relate to and understand my clients. I also have a dozen fitness specific certifications including Golden Hearts: Senior Fitness, TRX, Creating a Safe Environment, Sports Nutrition, and more.
