- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication!! Rather it's email, phone calls, texting, or face to face meeting we need to get to know each other. I like to find out who all is being included in the photography session. If kids are included what ages are they. Hobbies, likes, and dislikes. Getting as much information from new customers as possible to help me go about how to conduct each session. No two people are the same, and each session is not conducted the same. I like for my customers to share whatever ideas they have for the session. I like for my customers to feel comfortable with me as much as possible because the more comfortable they are the better their shots will be!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone that you are comfortable with, and you connect with that can help bring your vision of your photos to life. Ask as many questions as possible if you are unsure of something.
