Introduction: I am a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach that specializes in optimizing human performance and movement. I have trained youth, high school, college, and pro athletes. I train with passion and purpose to meet the goals of his clients. I am also a personal trainer and group fitness coach and I have worked with clients from the ages of 18 to 83. I have worked with business executives to busy mothers, based on their individual needs. My workouts and diet plans are centered around each client’s specific goals whether it be to lose weight, tone up, increase strength and muscle size, decrease pain and move better, recover from an injury or improve athleticism. I regularly provide communication and support throughout the week for each client. I have received multiple prestigious certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the US Olympic Weightlifting Association. I am received a BS in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2014 and I am currently pursing an MS in Exercise Physiology from University of Central Oklahoma. I also provide weekly and monthly training programs for those whom cannot afford or do not feel the need to have regularly personal training sessions. Online training available. Nothing is better than watching someone improve their overall health and reach their goals but to also see improvement in all movements in every day activities. It is also great building rapport and really getting to know each client!

I really appreciated how professional each session has been. He has a lot of knowledge about how the body works, how to make the most of each workout, and the science behind it. His helpfulness and willingness to work with me has enabled me to feel more comfortable in trying some of the movements on my own time.

My life-work had been unbalanced for years. Chronic joint pain, fatigue, and age were zapping my productivity and overall happiness. I’ve been training with Garrison (G-Fit) three days a week for the past year. Training with someone who is learned about physiology and proper form was important to me, and G-Fit exceeds these expectations. I look and feel as fit as I did 20 years ago. I have avoided shoulder surgery; alleviated pain and corrected many muscular imbalances. I have made great gains in working with Garrison at G-Fit.
