Currently located in Moore, OK I offer sessions in my office, video chat, and phone call. What makes my business unique is my authentic approach to helping you embrace vulnerability and live in your truth. We are all on a journey of our own. We are consistently evolving and when we are able to truly get vulnerable with ourselves we give ourselves permission to lift the mask and create a life that we actually love. See regardless of age our experiences and inner dialogue can shape who we become. My survival through domestic violence taught me just that. I have been there during times of unhealthy relationships, finding happiness in being without a partner, feelings of being lost or stuck in where my life was going, and being completely paralyzed by fear and anxiety. Let me tell you this, you are so much stronger than you know and you are worthy! Your overall life depends on the quality of your thoughts and you are widly capable and deserving of the life you want. I will provide you with the necessary tools to help you create positive healthy habits that will change your mindset and in return your life! I am a very empathetic person but at times I will push you. Ultimately, you have to choose your happiness and the only way to do so is through vulnerability. ~You fly with your own wings~
