After working with several attorney's on house closing a and refinancings in the past I had the opportunity to work with Anthony Takis on the closing of our new home this summer. Anthony went above and beyond what I have ever seen from a real estate attorney. Anthony does not just rubber stamp closing documents, he even took the initiative of driving an hour to pick up a title V inspection report, in order to see to it that our closing went off without a hitch and did not need to be rescheduled. He made the hectic process easy. As good as an attorney as Anthony is, he is a better person.

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Takis a few months back for the passing of my condo. When I came to the office for all of the paperwork, first of all, It’s a beautiful office, he made it all go so very smoothly. It is or can be a very complicated process to go through. We had no problems, no questions, signed everything and I was on my way. He was very thorough and obviously had done his homework. He was very professional and I was grateful to have the opportunity to work with him.

Yes. Every case can be different but generally my fees are as follows: real estate fees are $350 to $500; basic estate planning fees are $1,000; estate administration fees are $250 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face with a potential client and go over all available options. Initial consult is free.
