About this pro
The job consisted of painting 2 rooms and hauling off a few truckloads of trash and unwanted items. Mallory was very nice and very professional. I was very pleased with her attention to detail and with the way she kept her tools and things in a very orderly fashion. Both rooms were painted relatively quickly and both look great, she did a wonderful job. The trash and other items were loaded up and hauled off by that same evening. The only thing that could have went better would have been hiring her to take care of the rest of the work I need done!! I will definitely be calling her for any work I need done in the future. Im very impressed.Aug 28, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not exactly.. However, I consider several aspects such as: distance--gas costs and travel time local average labor costs per hour or sq If I'm providing materials, then cost of, and cost of time and gas used retrieving (otherwise could he spent doing another job) complexity of the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost, I want to get an idea of what is desired. I ask many questions, and sometimes the same question in different words, in order to ensure communication is clear. details. details. details. Price and costs are generally discussed toward the end, simply because it can often be foolish to quote before knowing details. When costs are discussed, I want to make sure they know where their money is going and how it is allocated. If an agreement is made, all applicable details would be put on paper to be signed by both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Associates in Science and an Associates in Applied Science in General Technology. I also took (and thoroughly enjoyed) four years of drafting/mechanical drawing in high school.
