- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is almost half the price of most national chains. Our small base rate of $75.00 includes Federal, State and E-File and only have a per form charge after the base rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have appointments, a drop off service or can work remotely. Information gathering and a conversation regarding their current situation as well as previous returns/situations so we ascertain where there might be differences and the best way to proceed with preparing their Tax Return. We will need a copy of your drivers license as well as children's social security cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a designation of AFSP through the IRS, which is a course consisting of continuing education, ethics, and passing a final exam (Information on these qualifications can be found on The IRS website.).
