Eating Clean Prepared provides chef prepared, gourmet healthy meals to busy professionals, families, fitness enthusiasts, and those with special dietary needs. I use natural and local ingredients to cook with the seasons to serve clients that want traditional meals crafted with clean ingredients, grain/gluten free, low carb, heart healthy, or eating plans prescribed by a physician. We specialize in Paleo, Keto, Clean Eating, Auto-Immune Protocol(AIP), Zone Diet, Gluten-Free/Grain-Free and Low Carb/Sugar-Free eating styles. Chef Mason has over twenty-five years of culinary experience beginning with formal classical French training. He has worked in several countries and is trained in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, Italian, and vegetarian as well as classical and modern Southern/Lowcountry cuisine. Eating Clean Prepared offers fully customized meal plans that can include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, dessert, snacks or any combination. Everything is completely customized to the client's preferences and needs. I enjoy creating healthy dishes that clients enjoy. I use clean ingredients from local farms and producers and my international chef experience to make healthy eating a pleasure.
