- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am definitely willing to negotiate with the client that way it is always fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know exactly what the client needs. It is important that we speak that way we both feel comfortable and decide if I am right for them. Basically work all the details out before I start. I like to write a list of products they may request. Getting to know and be clear with each other is very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a great deal of experience in house keeping because I have had several jobs. I also have experience in taking care of pets because I helped and learned so much from my sister. She worked at an animal hospital and we both worked for families going to their homes to take care of their pets. We feed, clean, play, walk administer meds if needed as well as stay overnights if the client needs. I do have references upon request!
