Len completed the project early and within budget. I highly recommend him.Feb 7, 2019Verified
Lenny did a great job installing new printer and servicing my laptop. Would use again and recommendJan 31, 2019Verified
Lenny came on time, knew what needed to be done, listened to my concerns, explained all he found wrong on our computer, fixed it and gave me some helpful tips . I truly will recommend Kenny to friends and anybody who needs help with computers.Jan 30, 2019Verified
Working with Lenny was a pleasure. He was careful with our equipment, and we were comfortable dealing with someone who has been in the business a long time. Lenny was more than fair and reasonable, and we will contact him again when the need arises.Jan 31, 2018VerifiedHead's Technology LLC's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our rates are based on the experience level we offer. More experience means the job can get done faster. All things considered...there are times when tasks will take more than the average amount of time to complete. In these cases we try very hard to keep our customers budget in mind and and keep the billing to a minimum. We charge $70 per hour for residential onsite service and $95 per hour for business. Shop service is $45 per hour but we will normally quote a flat fee for any service performed in the shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Normally I would prefer to talk to my clients up front but the Thumbtack process requires email communications. Not the best way for a customer to start a potential service relationship if you ask me. I typically talk with my customers to find out what kind of issue they really have. Most technology users can't really articulate the issues they have with a computer or other devices, especially in a written form - They know what the symptoms are, but when reading some of the problem descriptions I can certainly feel a customers frustrations.
