Our home inspection was a big deal for us - it can make or break your dream house! There were a couple red flags on the house we fell in love with and it was important for my husband and I to make sure we had an inspector we trusted. We only took recommendations from word of mouth from a trusted source (no offense to our realtor's suggestions...). Justin came highly recommended and he didn't let us down. He is extremely knowledgeable, he could be reached easily and was prompt with his responses. He took the time to walk around the house with us and point out his suggestions of what to fix, what to watch for, what to consider changing, etc. (we are currently making some of those changes now!) He was even available for follow up questions after we received our final report and didn't brush us off. He was detailed, thorough, and really great to work with. We were very happy with how everything went, Justin & Excel Home Inspection exceeded our expectations.
