FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We maintain integrity in pricing for both parties. We do not negotiate too much unless there is a change in direction or application. We would prefer to have the resources to do the job correctly. We may ask you if you have a budget in mind. That helps us determine whether or not we can help you. We require a deposit to hard schedule work. The deposit is non negotiable and will be due prior to scheduling. In some cases we will do time and materials separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to speak with you and get an idea of what you need and what you want. Complex jobs may be simple, and simple jobs may be complex. We also want to show you design elements so you are educated on finishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Union Construction and union training classes in safety, concrete and blueprint reading. 10 years of experience in combined residential, commercial and industrial and owner of 2 construction companies.
