FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in "You get what you pay for" if you want something good and designed perfectly then it will take time and I could be more flexible with the prices. The rushed project will be more expensive and less structured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are 3 phases: 1) I will start by creating 3 mockups of 3 different style logos. The client will pick 1 or 2 logos that stand out to them and that they like. If they don't like any of them I will start from scratch and do 3 new ones. (Once they have picked 1 or 2 logos we started our project, so there is no turning back). 2) Once the logos are piked I will combine those designs to generate 3 more logos respecting the choices the client has made. Continuing the same process they will pick 1 or 2 logos that stand out to them and that they like. 3) This last phase they must pick 1 design. I will start refining it, perfecting it and giving it more details to the clients liking. (Not changing the design or doing any major changes) Once that is done I will send the client the files that they would basically need for any project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Graphic Designers run in my family's blood. Since I was little I knew this was my thing.
