Much like a ton of actors, I always hate getting head shot pics taken. But Chris put me right at ease. He's the perfect combination of funny, relaxing and professional. His experience as both an actor and a casting director helps him to know exactly what pictures should look like to reflect the actor's true personality and catch the eye of casting directors. If you’re looking for the most bang for your buck - look no further. Chris’s photography is truly stunning, it rivals the work of many other overpriced photographers in Tinseltown. He’s also quite skilled at capturing the unique artist that you are in his photoshoots. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my shoot. My manager is in love! She picked 12 shots to use for submissions. So thrilled! Will shop here again :)

Chris was such a joy to work with! He was able to capture the theatrical brand I was going for easily, and also was able to provide contrasting commercial shots that still look like me. Set was laid back, fun and professional. We took breaks in between looks/backgrounds to see what we liked together, and he gave insightful input on what he thought would stand out to casting directors. When my look changes, I’ll be sure to go back to Chris!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I very often have specials or discounts. I also firmly believe every actor should have at least one great shot out there which is why I offer the pay-what-you-can option for first time costumers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a questionnaire I will send you that covers info about your personality and style. You can also upload examples of shots you like there. I treat every client individually and tailer the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only have I been shooting headshots in New York and LA for over 10 years now, but I have also worked as a high level casting associate (giving me deep insight into what the folks behind the table are looking for) and I have also worked as a professional actor (Off-Broadway, tours, Network TV and Film) so I know what you are going through from the artistic side.
