Introduction: I started in fitness when I was 13, learning about fitness through sports. I began studying it in high school, taking strength training and conditioning courses as well as learning from the trainers in my football program. In college I really began to educate myself and get serious about all aspects of fitness. Playing sports for OSU and training under some of the best coaches and trainers in the western U.S. gave me such immensely valuable knowledge, and insight into body mechanics and function and how to achieve real results. I am unique in my experiences and knowledge, and how I implement them into my fitness plans. No one training currently in the area has the same amount of experiences and techniques that I do, plain and simple. I can help anyone accomplish any fitness goal they have in mind. Seeing people progress through their fitness programs is a huge joy. Seeing people finally lose the weight, and come in every day ready to work even harder - watching my athletes get bigger, stronger, faster and more agile than they thought they could ever be - and endurance runners finally hitting solid times on their 5-mile test, make me feel intense pride in my work. Its why I started in the first place, when one of my friends asked me to train him, to lose a bunch of weight he was sick of carrying around. As he lost weight and started feeling better, having more energy, and looking better in his clothes his mood became happy and infectious, and it made me feel so good to have changed someone's life forever.

Alexander Logan is the trainer who I recommend now to all my friends. I lost 35 pounds and he knows these techniques to alleviate joint pain that changed my life. My current goal with him is to build some muscle and he is being patient and supportive, while nut letting me slack off. If you are going to spend the money on a trainer, this is the guy to see.

Alexander has been training me for a triathlon and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've lost the rest of my extra fat and have increased my endurance so much. If I were you I'd train with him to get the results you want. He doesn't cut corners and his knowledge is extensive.

I was recommended to this trainer be a friend of mine who trained with him to get better at volleyball. I am playing soccer in high school and its my last year, so I really wanted to be good to show colleges what I can do. Before, I couldn't run for a whole game and I wasn't even close to being the fastest girl on the team. After training with him I was able to last the whole time, and was the second fastest on my team :) He helps with agility and flexibility as well which really improved my game. If you want to get better at your sport, go to Alex!

Alex clearly has a lot of experience in the gym and dealing with different body types. When I approached Alex, I was still a skinny 145 lbs despite months of trying to put on weight on my own. He helped me put on lean muscle and reach my goal weight of 170 lbs. He knew exactly how to get my body to respond to training, and helped me stay motivated. He's also a pretty fun guy, which made workouts a little more bearable. Highly recommend!

Alexander is a great trainer with a fun personality. I had my wedding this summer and I wanted to slim and tone to look my best. I wanted to lift a few weights and not get bulky. Alexander knew just what to do and before I knew it I was in shape for my wedding. I was so happy, I couldn't believe it. Thanks Alex!
