FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work within the clients budget so I am flexible on my billing but I always wish to talk with you about your exact needs so that I can give you a competitive but intelligent price so there are no add-ons after I quote my price. I will match most reasonable price quotes from my competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that the more information the photographer has before the shoot, the better the results because it is what YOU are expecting that is important. I am available to talk with my clients at any time to establish what the parameters of the shoot will be. Of course, I am always available on my cell phone. My policy is to never leave the site without knowing I have pleased the customer. They get to see the images immediately and if not happy I will shoot until they are satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned my trade while attending Franklin Technical Institute in Boston but most professional photographers agree that Degrees in photography are not a substitute for experience.Years ago i apprenticed with some of the most talented professional photographers in the Boston area. That was a great way to learn the business and 20 years later I have had a great deal of experiences in photography to draw from.
