- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are unique in that we don't charge a service fee to come out and diagnose your issue and give you an up front price for repair/replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first establish the issues you are having, we gather your address, name and any other relative information and schedule a day and time that works best for you for one of our service technicians to come out and give you up front pricing for the work that is needed to solve your plumbing problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner/operator is a state certified licensed plumbing contractor with 20 plus years of experience in the plumbing field. Our technicians have at least one year of plumbing schooling under their belts and at least 2 plus years of experience in the field. For more tricky or difficult issues we do send our most seasoned plumbing veterans to diagnose and fix.
