Tara is an absolute star. There is no one better in the profession. You will look and feel radiant when she's done. She is thoughtful in her process, considering your hair's quality/structure/health and make helpful recommendations to your hair and skincare routines that will help you maintain healthy hair and skin and make your life easier. Tara's makeup skills are at par with the pro's in Hollywood. You'll look Insta-ready, flawless, fierce, bold, beautiful or simple and subdued- whatever you're looking for, Tara can make it happen. Whether the style you're looking for is complicated or you're just looking for delicate waves, Tara takes the time to listen, to compare pictures, to make helpful suggestions and then make your dream a reality. It's almost too good to be true, but Tara is one in a million. Her prices are reasonable and considerate of a girl or guy on a budget. She does not skimp. She's patient and thoughtful, responsive and punctual and never cancels/reschedules. If you've decided to go elsewhere, you've made the wrong decision. She does hair and makeup so you're getting the entire package for one price. If you're a bride, you can breathe a sigh of relief at knowing you're going to look as radiant as you feel on your big day and you could even splurge on your bridesmaids and pay for them too as Tara's prices are unbeatable! If you can't manage that, your bridesmaids will love you for giving them someone with so much talent who so darn affordable and you will all look AMAZING!!!

There is no one better to have with you on your special day. Tara designed and executed the hair for nearly our entire bridal party. Her patience and insight during the consulting process was amazing. She encouraged me to be sure of what I was hoping to create and then went so far above and beyond throughout the process and on the day of the event I could not believe the results. She gave me exactly what I wasn’t even able to fully articulate and her patience and sense of humor kept me from feeling self conscious or rushed. She truly listens and her work is absolutely magical.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on service and type of style. Additional charge for pre-event trials and a travel fee for distance further than 10 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strongly recommend a trial consultation prior to the event when possible. This helps ensure things run smoothly the day of. It also allows the client to feel more comfortable and confident with the look she had chosen as well as the stylist she has hired!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Empire Beauty back in December 2012 and became a licensed cosmetologist in February 2013. I have never stopped recieving education/ training in the industry. I believe learning your trade should never end!
