On time, professional, and does excellent work! He uninstalled my old over-the-counter microwave and installed the new one in no time! Was kind enough to set the clock and gave me a tutorial on my new unit, which he was not obligated to do. Just an overall nice guy, kind of like an old friend. We had a toilet that wasn't flushing. Carys responded to my request quickly, answered my questions in a timely manner, and worked out a time that worked best for me.
