Great work. Responded quickly.Sep 7, 2018Verified
Matt and his team did an amazing job on my yard. The three projects I had were done very efficiently, and my yard looks great. They back filled my retaining wall, trimmed the trees in the backyard, and cut down the tree and ground the stump in the front yard. Also they arrived and knocked out the work with short notice, just in time for Easter. Definitely would recommend.Apr 25, 2017Verified
At first I thought Daniel and his guys had done a fantastic job. My trees and yard looked great. Then, when I happened to review some surveillance camera footage, I noticed they had thrown all of the trimming and branches from my trees over my back fence into the city's drainage easement; which is illegal dumping that I would have been fined for. They simply did it because they thought they wouldn't get caught. I was told they didn't think anyone would care. Daniel did come back out and clean it up but was pretty unprofessional about it, telling me I was over-reacting and to not talk to his boss/partner about it. So, while they did a good job on the trees themselves, I cannot recommend City Wide because of their unethical, unprofessional employees.May 23, 2017VerifiedMatthew S.'s reply
The customer was happy with our work and the guys made a bad decision to throw SOME of the limbs over the fence into the drain. We had a trailer load full from the whole job. We came back the same day to correct the problem. Our reviews speak for themselves. They just made one bad decision that was corrected the same day.
Daniel did a fantastic job! He was very professional and obviously takes great pride in his work. I will definitely use him again.Jul 26, 2018Verified
Daniel and crew arrived on time and took care of the job just as agreed. They went a step further by clearing some debris that was on site but not really part of the job.Jul 13, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our services are priced by the foot or square foot. The tree trimming and removal services pricing varies by how large the tree is and difficulty. Trees that not close to the house will cost less than removing a tree near the house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to go meet at the customers property and talk about the project and budget to complete the work. We want to meet you and talk about the scope of the work. Giving an estimate or the phone is a disservice to you and doesnt allow us to give an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working within the landscape industry for almost 20 years. My business management degree from TCU in 2003 has helped me to manage a successful business. Daniel Fuller is my tree specialist. He has over 12 years experience climbing and trimming trees. He has worked for larger companies. He has trimmed and removed 50' to 100' tall trees in fort worth. We use all the proper safety equipment to remove large trees.
