- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my degree in Culinary Technology in 1999 I was a cook in the U.S. Army and competed on the culinary team for Ft. Riley in 2009. I was a Certified Executive Chef from 2009-2015, it only expired because I was battling bone cancer, I won and am working on my re-certification. I have over 25 years in the food service industry. I love to cook!
