I spoke with a gentleman who was very friendly. After asking a few questions he admitted that his company was not the right fit for the job. He gave me some advise and then gave me a few recommendations.Feb 23, 2018Verified
The gentlemen at North coast had great patience to understand what we wanted and unbound perseverance to deliver it. We are really happy with the result.Feb 1, 2018Charles P.'s reply
Thank you for trusting us to be able to match the new colors of your porch to those of the natural stone on your property. It was a pleasure working with you. Enjoy!
Charles Pupura of Northshore Specialty Surfaces turned my concrete pad into a beautiful flagstone patio. Chuck walked me thru the whole process from leveling the concrete to painting and sealing. Very professional showed up when he said he would and completed the job on time. I can’ wait till the weather breaks to get out and enjoy my new patio.Feb 3, 2018Charles P.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is reflective of each individual project and includes all materials, labor, licensing, and bonding as required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process first involves an over the phone consultation to gain an idea of our client's wants, needs, timeframe, budget, and expectations. We then schedule an on-site visit to assess the project in person, address any concerns moving forward, and provide real-world samples of colors, textures, and processes. This is one of the most important steps as it gives us the opportunity to educate the client on the various coatings available for their particular project that will work within their budget AND give them long term durability for years to come. We cover each and every step including timeframes, resources, and any disruption that may occur in day to day or business activities. Once an agreement is signed we will produce a sample board representing the overall finished product to be approved prior to any work commencing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of our installers are trained and certified by every manufacturer whose products we use. Our team trains continuously year round as new products are developed and proven products are refined. Many times we travel across the country to hands-on seminars, manufacturer trainings, and trade conventions to bring back proven techniques and results to keep us on top. Make no mistake, we are always looking to improve the services we offer however will never abandon what we know works.
