- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Depending on how large a company is in regards to average monthly expenses are there are different tiers of billing. If there is a bi-weekly payroll that is an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work through an assessment of where the potential client is at and where they want to be. We discuss what their expectations are with their business abd their books to determine the best route for them and what I can do to help them get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in business administration and 8 years experience in the field at a professional level.
