- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price structure depends on the aggressiveness of the campaign that the customer would want to run. We have modest campaigns that go for a small monthly fee, and really aggressive campaigns where the price depends on the amount of exposure wanted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the time to talk about the challenges and strengths that my customer has, and how we can use those things to their benefit. It is really important to have a full understanding of what my customers want to accomplish with their marketing, whether that be reputation management, bringing in new customers, pushing an event, or just having a really robust digital program to garnish new business while having a high retention of repeating customers, so that we can work together to build the best program possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Pubic Relations and Journalism with a minor in Communications as a four-year student-athlete at Utica College. During that time, I was also the Editor In Chief for The Tangerine, Utica College's Student Run Newspaper, while also managing all advertising for the publication. I worked with State Farm Agent Scott Grates to come up with unique grass-root marketing for his agency, ran a social media campaign for a local craft beer store, was an editor for Beach to Bay Times in Maryland, and managed digital marketing for a local pizzeria. After earning my undergrad, I went on to earn my Master's from Daemen College in Global Marketing while working ad a graduate assistant in the athletic communications department. There I worked closely work the Sports Information Director to coordinate pre and post game media coverage and marketing. I currently work at LocalEdge, a division of Hearst Media where we work to help business grow. We are a national company who can preform on a global scale with over 50,000 successful campaigns to prove our value. We have garnished over ten million clicks per year through paid advertising, and are proud to have over 33,000 keywords on page one that we are actively working on. We are able to provide a tailored fit to our customers with outstanding customer service.
