Transformational Coach

Introduction: I assist people on their path to discern their next steps in some aspect (s) of their life. I have trained for a decade, and lead coaching sessions and gentle presentations in harnessing our individual gifts. My process does stand out as I have "been there and done that," over protracted time. And, with my own commitment to my own transformational coach, I made it through challenges where I needed a strong, neutral person to assist me. As a team we work together without a time stamp. I do not rush people or give clients, for example, a week to do this and two weeks for some other "assignment." This is YOUR process and your process is in your time. I supply the structure holding you accountable in a gentle manner. Any age individual is welcome to work in partnership with me as we discern. I am one of the few coaches who has not just been there and done that, but I lived it; I survived some incredible challenges and an accisent. Further, I am professional, compassionate and hold you accountable to take ownership while supporting you and guiding you. I will ask for feedback after each session to be sure we are on track and you are getting what you need. I will support you in all aspects as we journey through your path., As everyone I work with is a wonderful and separate individual, who I deeply respect and honor, we do not use "homogenized" techniques and strategies in a "one size fits all" structure form of coaching. Each person will work with me through their own process as I ask questions on which you reflect and take action. Every session is tailored to your needs. This is the best work that I can share with you and the world as this is my gift from God. I lead people through and to the other side of their experience one wishes to transform. As I have had my own experiences of great challenges and difficulties, having come back stronger and clearer on my path than ever, I know how it can feel and seem while going the process. I can deeply empathize what it is like or what it can feel like to live in a space that needs transformation without knowing how to move forward or how to harness what we know we have within us, but cannot move forward for any number and myriad reasons. Transformational Coaching is exactly that: transformation. We work on what you would like to transform. Via the phone we will work, unless you happen to be in my area, then we can discuss alernative plans and payment.
