Introduction: I have experience working with a range of clients from those whose who want to work on aspects of self esteem, anxiety or depression to those clients with a clinical diagnosis such as bipolar disorder, substance abuse or incarceration histories. Many of my clients have commented about how they feel that they are existing, not living, and after our work together, they feel that they can set up plans to help them move forward, and start living for themselves, free from the obstacles that they came in with. I teach my clients tools to start building their ideal life, break free from obstacles, and maintain has happy of a lifestyle as possible. Many of my clients start experiencing positive results within just a few sessions, and feel comfortable working with me longterm. Please understand that therapy is a unique process for everyone, and it is my mission to help you through your own process of personal change and discovery. It is wonderful to hear that a client connects and enjoys working with you. To hear that a client feels that they are doing better, enjoying life more or feels that progress is being made.
