Polina is a godsend! She totally dug me from under a mountain of stuff. She came in ready to work and I just her have her way! She reorganized my kitchen cabinets and it’s much more efficient! I needed help to organize my basement because it’s also my work space and recording space and I was overwhelmed with everything that was down there so she was got here right on time and after I told her what I had envisioned for the basement she knew exactly how to help me. She was incredibly fast and professional. She even staged me a place where clients can sit down and wait and a place for them to look at their outfits I made them. I even have shelves that I could barely see and now I could see the top and now I even have extra spaces! My work table is now empty on top and everything is in bins on the bottom. Looking at it now I want to work down there all the time and I’m not embarrassed by people coming down there when I work on their clothes. It’s made me so happy just looking at it organized. Polina was a life saver! I hired her to help with several projects all of which were completed to perfection. We organized the garage, furnished a living room and cleaned our basement that had 9 years of kid’s toys everywhere. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For organizing, decorating, packing/ unpacking I charge $30-$40 an hour depending the scope of the project .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I make it a point to preferably speak on the phone . I feel as though hearing the voice on the other end makes customers feel more comfortable with the process . I understand it can be a bit odd inviting a stranger into their home , and therefore a phone conversation may alleviate some discomfort from the entire process . During the introduction I like to listen to what exactly the customer needs , and I go on to tell them exactly what I can offer them and the step by step actions I will take . If they choose to hire me , we decide on the date and time that’s convenient, and we go from there ! The rest is history as they say :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have had many clients who’s homes I helped pack , unpack, decorate and organize that would love to speak of my skills . Please read my reviews . I am also a licensed real estate broker and have sold and helped buy many homes .
