- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For organizing, decorating, packing/ unpacking I charge $30-$40 an hour depending the scope of the project .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it a point to preferably speak on the phone . I feel as though hearing the voice on the other end makes customers feel more comfortable with the process . I understand it can be a bit odd inviting a stranger into their home , and therefore a phone conversation may alleviate some discomfort from the entire process . During the introduction I like to listen to what exactly the customer needs , and I go on to tell them exactly what I can offer them and the step by step actions I will take . If they choose to hire me , we decide on the date and time that’s convenient, and we go from there ! The rest is history as they say :)
