Introduction: I listen closely to needs of my clients. My session goals involve co-creating stress and pain relief paths to wellness. Being native to Northfield has facilitated me in forming relationships with it's, people, businesses and organizations. I too experience the challenge of balancing work with raising a family. Fortunately, providing Massage for 20 years has enabled me to understand people holistically. When we are mindful of our actions and thoughts, we can maximize healing in bodywork. My clients tell me they feel much better, which in turn empowers me to provide the best bodywork possible. It's enlightening to relieve people's stress and pain. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One hour = $65 ($75 for deep tissue) 90 minutes = $85 30 minutes = $25 There is a $10 surcharge for on-site bodywork done five miles beyond Northfield MN. Discount packages are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an introduction, then we discuss: bodywork needs and preferences, hourly rate, and music and environment preferences. If people have relevant medical issues we discuss this after completing a brief health history form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu School back in 1995 when it was called Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy. I have over 650 hours of formal bodywork training. The modalities I specialize in are: Trigger Point (deep tissue), Swedish, Sports, Cranio-Sacral, and Reflexology. Seated chair massage is also an option.
