We saw that this company had positive reviews on Nextdoor, Thumbtack, and Yelp, and contacted them for service; we knew we had Some kind of critters in the attic and under the house and that the attic insulation and hvac ductwork were shot as were the screens to the crawlspace. Ended up hiring them to take care of all of the above problems; rodent removal/rodent proofing, hvac duct removal/replacement and attic insulation removal/replacement. Noah was the Thumbtack contact, Edwin came out to do the initial inspection and was available for miscellaneous questions and Leo, the foreman, oversaw the work of the crew who spent three days at our home doing all the work. They were professional and efficient, we’re very pleased with their work, and have told Leo that we will be recommending GRR and Leo himself to anyone who needs this kind of service. Five Stars for sure!

The team was wonderful. Leo explained what was done and the next steps. They were meticulous and found a way to repair an area that had been damaged in a windstorm to obstruct critter access. The end product looked great and access doors are secure so critters can’t push their way in any longer.
