What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different problems call for different solutions. ITG uses over 20 different patented products, therefore prices vary depending on the solution needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ITG sends a trained inspector to evaluate the customer's foundation from the inside and the outside. Then, the inspector will give the homeowner a free estimate based on the customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ITG has over 3 decades of experience in this field. ITG employees have been thoroughly trained in the application and installation of every product we install.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
ITG is a family business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
ITG works with both residential and commercial customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A lot of our projects are completed in a few days to minimize disturbance to the homeowner. We have very few projects that take more than 2 weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The customer should look for a company that has expertise in this specialized field. Not all contractors have the proper experience to fix a home's foundation. ITG offers a lifetime transferable warranty on most of the products we install. The quality of the warranty, and the company that stands behind it is extremely important.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is the warranty?
Is the company using the latest technology?
Is the company a specialist in this field?
Is the repair priced fairly?
