What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is a chance to learn about the client. There is no one size fits all aproach to creating video as there is not one camera that does it all. I customize my equipment package to meet the needs of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first will educate my client on the process of video production from concept creation to post production there are many ways to meet the needs of the project, but listening to the client is the first step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive and formal education in storytelling, lighting, camera operation and have spent the last 25 years in corporate communications at many levels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Client had a medical device product they wanted to highlight for their sales team. spent 3 weeks developing storyboards and concepts, 2 days to shoot and 1 week to edit.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the video production company you work with spends the time to listen to you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask yourself these questions: What is your current online presence? How is this being managed? How are your strategies integrated into new product launches, new service offerings? How are you communicating with your audience? Are you restricted by the FDA or other regulatory departments on what you do online?
