We had an excellent experience preparing our house for sale. We were looking for a painting company to paint some rooms. Our daughter referred us to Adeo Painters & Home Improvement that she used previously with great results. We started with an upstairs bathroom, where some tile repairs and a painting was needed. After they finished, we decided to hire Adeo to help us prepare the house. The team stripped all old wallpaper, prepped walls, painted rooms, tiled floors, removed wall to wall carpet and refinished all the hardwood floors. Adeo did everything, including a total remodel of a powder room. Some of the extra tasks were changing out light fixtures, toilets, vanities, sinks and repaired some plumbing. Our front doors were refurbished with all new hardware and safety glass. Our Realtor was amazed of the result being “Move in Ready” ready. The Adeo crew are all trustworthy and cheerful. We left numerous times to run errands without any concern. In addition to the painting, we also had the entire house cleaned including every window inside and outside of the house. Melvin the owner, provided us with written estimates for seven project at great prices and we paid him after each project was complete I would recommend Adeo to anyone who needs home improvements and painting.
