- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started off as an intern doing a server room clean out. Upon noticing me fixing a few problems employees had with their computers the IT Director offered me a job. I spent the next 4 years supporting the company's 16 offices as the only technician and running the help desk. I've been doing this ever since.
