Thanks Julia! Had a great time working with you and your husband! Looking forward to helping you reach your goals!
I have interviewed a number of trainers. Greenwich Integrative Wellness meets all of my requirements: emphasis on health, strength and flexibility. The session is well thought out and consists of a series of exercises to promote health as well as a workout. Superior!Feb 19, 2018VerifiedRobert C.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The first session is $50. This includes a 30-minute consultation followed by a fitness assessment. Pricing as follows 1-session: $70 Monthly Packages Available at discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We begin by talking through fitness goals and going through a physical readiness questionnaire for the first 30 minutes. The second 30 minutes is a fitness assessment to establish the baseline. This allows me to see where your fitness is currently, and establish the roadmap (program) to get you to your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. I am also a Certified Foundation Training Student Instructor. I spend my early 20s as a semi-professional athlete in Utah playing ice hockey, with three years as a PSIA Certified Ski Instructor. Coaching is something I am extremely passionate about!
