Where do I start? Stacy is way beyond excellent. Her orthopedic nursing background and constant study of exercise physiology really show through in results. She keeps this aging distance cyclist on the road by resolving muscle and range of motion issues every visit. She doesn't just fix the problems - she teaches the stretches and core strengthening exercises that keep my 60+ body in motion. I've had (expensive) therapy in the past where the therapists gave me five minutes of token attention, and then billed me $200 while I did 55 minutes worth of exercises in the corner alone. Stacy is the exact opposite. You get her full attention from the first to last second of treatment. She takes thorough notes and tracks your progress. She researches your problems after her visits and sends you follow-up emails with links to new exercises and stretches. Stacy Daigle is simply the best therapy decision I've made in 60 years. If you care about your body, and if you're willing to do the stretches and exercises she recommends, you'll feel the difference over the months and years to come. Stacy was recommended to me for a massage. I have a muscle issue in my legs, and needed help with balance. Since Stacy has been providing me with massages,I have been able to walk out to the mailbox and back that I could not have done without her help. She is punctual, very professional,and knowledgable about her therapeutic massages. I no longer have aches in my legs,and can walk longer distances. She gave me my life back. Stacy is the best! I started seeing her a few years ago on a routine basis. She has really helped with some of my chronic health issues. She is a skilled massage therapist who has a nursing background that just really helps enhance her knowledge of medical issues. Add to that her life experience and her belief in the whole person treatment, she makes it so much more than just about getting a massage. I've referred several other people to her because of how great she is!

Stacy is the most knowledgeable, thorough massage therapist I have worked with. She uses deep pressure and her knowledge of the body to work through all of my sports-related issues.
