FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize a standard pricing system which is based upon the most recently published Income & Fees Survey for Tax Preparation services for 2014-15 as published by the National Society of Accountants (NSA). We believe that our fee structure is reasonable based upon the value we provide to all clients due to our lengthy experience and year-round accessibility. The final fee always depends upon the actual complexity of the client's return and volume of documents to be reviewed and processed by us. Call us with the details of your return and we will give you a guaranteed fee quoted based upon your situation before we start working for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the prospective client and discuss my services, experience and fee structure. I then send the client some information-gathering documents and attempt to set up a meeting. We schedule a detailed interview with the client so that we can make sure that we understand your tax situation and can maximize your tax deductions for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree in Economics from Brown university and my MBA from Babson College. My CPA training came at the international CPA firm currently known as Price Waterhouse Coopers.
