- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is based on the appliance brand and parts that are required. For most common brands a service charge is 59.95 for higher end brands it is 79.95. From there it all depends on what component has failed and how difficult it is to replace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would involve coming out to diagnose the problem with the machine. A service charge on most appliances for us is $59.95 From there we quote you a flat price to get your machine fixed while explaining what it is that failed and how it can be prevented in the future. If you decide to get the repair done we get you fixed up as quickly as possible. We stock many of the most common parts used for all brands of appliances. Finally we give you a receipt and a 90 day warranty. If you are not satisfied we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Our goal is your happiness. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date on all the new technology that is involved with today's appliances by attending various schools and training seminars. We are all Master Certified Appliance Technicians. We also stay up to date with online forums and technical websites with other appliance repair services around the nation. This helps understand new problems and new machines before we encounter them in the field.
