Introduction: With two full time inspectors we can generally provide services as needed! We do Home Inspections, Radon, air quality and mold testing, Rental inspections for Baltimore City and County and our newest service SEWER SCOPE cameral inspections. We use state of the art epuipment such as drones and thermal cameras to provide the best service possible. We are happy to continue to provide our free Re-look program which includes one free visit to chack anything needed. It is very easy to book an inspection online our website but we always answer the phone as well. I am licensed in Maryland and professionally certified for both the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.

Apparently, BB is a father/son duo-run company. I got Brian, the father. He was incredibly thorough and very helpful at explaining what was most urgent and necessary to repair. I was not using a home inspection to buy or sell, but rather to prioritize what needed to be done after my home had been rented out for almost 15 years. The report and Brian’s advice was extremely used in that regard.

Brian sent Eric to inspect my house. He was already there and took a look at the roof before I even got there for our appointment time. He was thorough, communicative, and addressed my concerns throughout the process and let me know what needs to be done. I had expressed that the basement had an awful funk. He was able to determine that the washer was the culprit. After the inspection, he sent a pdf of his report in under an hour and said I could contact him about any possible concerns. I was given a discount since the house had already been purchased, so the price was better than expected. Overall, this has been a great experience compared to previous inspections I've done in the past. I will definitely recommend this father / son duo.

Fees are negotiable!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first find out their concerns, and then find out how much they know about home ownership. I can help them by finding existing problems and guide them about the cost of periodic maintenance and repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed by the State of Maryland after taking the required courses and tests. I am certifieid by Inter-NACHI, which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am even a FAA licensed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operator. This license allows me to conduct drone inspections of hard to reach structural components.
