Introduction: My experience as an Ordained Minister has earned me “Top Pro” on Thumbtack. I also have a background as a seamstress and working with brides and wedding planning for over 35 years. It would be a pleasure to be a part of one of the most exciting days of your life. Denise was really easy to work with on a last minute wedding plan. She wrote great vows and was very flexible with all the arrangements. She made us feel calm and relaxed. We are really happy we had her as our wedding officiant.

I hired Denise from afar. I live in tucson and my niece's wedding was in Michigan, and niece lives in Calif. I had intended to conduct the certemony myself, but due to COVID, we wern't able to travel. Denice was so sensitive to the fact that I was missing out on the experience of officiating at my favorite niece's wedding. She incorporated the little personal cermonial text I wrote, added to it in a most wonderful way, worked closly with my niece and then, when an emergency popped up - she acted in a most ethical and professional manner. I so highly recommend Denise to officiate. I will forever be grateful to her for holding our hands through this process, and caputuing the essense of our family.

The moment I was contacted, I knew this was going to be a special ceremony. So many dynamics were involved with the distances of everyone along with the family homestead in Michigan for the ceremony location. I truly loved working with everyone from afar. Just wanted to say thank you to Denise for her wonderful work officiating our fall themed wedding. Denise was very calm despite the short time frame we gave her to work with (less than three weeks). She gave us direction in writing our own vows and gave us beautiful ideas to help us celebrate our love- including sweet readings and suggesting a wine ceremony. She helped our wonderful international wedding come together. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have one set price! When you give me your wedding ceremony information on location and rehearsal, I will quote you an amount for your ceremony that is all inclusive. There will not be any extra charges for the consultation, travel expenses or anything else that comes up during the planning process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet and or talk with each couple to gather information that they would like included in their ceremony. Some of this information could include a personal poem, personal story or scripture that has great meaning to them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a seamstress for over 35 years working with brides and wedding planning. Being an Ordained Minister and performing wedding ceremonies has rounded out my passion in the wedding industry.
