- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We work hard to keep overhead costs at a minimum to provide a better meal for less than a lot of competitors. When we give you a price its the price and we wont surprise you with a hidden fees later on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to do tastings for large jobs if the customer wants to try our food. Once the client decides to go with us we like a small deposit to hold the date for the customer and collect half 3 weeks before the event and the rest after the event is comlpeted.
