No high pressure sales just a flat rate install per alarm. Upfront estimates for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by walking through their smoke detector issues and giving them a few options. I let the customer choose which they prefer and go from there. I will walk them through the entire process and educate the family on smoke detectors and how important it is to maintain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10+ years of Firefighting/paramedic experience. Witnessing good and bad calls where smoke alarms saved lives, but also where improper maintainence of their smoke alarms led to poor outcomes.
