- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our number one priority is to make sure we listen to what the customer needs, what their budget is and what their vision is. Then we offer our services and give recommendations based on their needs. If we are a fit and the customer decides that they want is on board then we send the customer an agreement for their review. After the customer agrees to the terms and conditions we send the customer an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?There are two business owners and each have the proper education and training needed to run a successful business. One Partner has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. The other Partner is a Certified Executive Assistant and Licensed Insurance Agent with a background in Sales and Marketing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?After working for 2 event rental companies we decided to team up and open up our own with our own ideas and creativity.
