- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge local sales tax and a small fee for processing card payments. All of my pricing can be found on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically get to know them and what they are looking for in their session and communicate my ideas and will even meet up with them prior to, if desired. I also go over my contract agreements, pricing, and policies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a 9 week course on operating a photography business. I have also taken some specializing courses on photography. I am cpr/first aid certified including with infants.
