- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do most work by the hour. I offer repeat customers, First responders, and military a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all customers new and repeat, I will come to your project site and review the work and materials. I require customer to purchase materials. I will give you a time estimate and we can set up a date and time for the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 2 years with a home re-modeler then 4 years doing commercial drywall and framing. I have always done work for family and friends. I turned our old falling down garage into a working dog grooming shop and remodeled our house complete with new wiring, plumbing, insulation, drywall and trim.
