Worst experience ever sent a truck that wasnt big enough so they could take 2 trips which would be more time in their favor. The workers was cool but they should've sent additional help because it took them 9hrs to move me which favors the company. Very Unprofessional n disrespectful dont see how this company got good reviews at all smh. They put tape on the dressers instead of the green plastic wrap so when u take the tape off it damage the dresser because it peels off with the tape. CALL to have a conversation with the owner about the situation he starts telling me how i owe him money n became very disrespectful on the matter at hand. If he's like that with the customer i can only imagine how he treats his employees. SmdhNov 9, 2017Adam B.'s reply
THE REAL DEAL. This is not the worst customer I have had the displeasure to serve but he is in the top 10. This customer canceled his first two dates. The first time he canceled he did it the night before the scheduled move, the second time he canceled the move was the day of when the crew was 20 min away. When I told him I would have to charge him a cancellation fee he became argumentative, and down right rude. I allowed him to reset the move against my better judgement with the understanding there would be no more cancellation. My men completed the move on the rescheduled date, when it was time for the bill out the customer told my workers he had to go because a important appointment and drove off with out settling the bill. To make matters worse the credit card he left on file declined. When I finally got him on the phone later that evening, he refused to pay the whole bill citing that the move took to long. He only agreed to give me a new credit card once I agreed to take $200 off his bill. The customer states u sent him a truck that was too small on purpose. I sent him a 20 ft truck, based on the items we were to transport, he had more then he said. The customer called me to day, almost a week after the move complaing about tape on his dresser, I agree that shouldn't be so. But in light of all the other circumstances , and the theft of service that occurred in not inclined to have empathy for him.
