Introduction: My business is Denali Home Services. Originally from Chicago, where I flipped homes and learned every aspect of home remodeling. Later, I focused on plumbing for 2 years in San Diego where I specialized in R/O filters, water softeners, water heaters, tankless, and whole house filters. I’ve done everything in plumbing but rarely unclog drains. I spent the last 2 years in Los Angeles where I focused more on smaller projects. Anything from installing a light, mounting a tv, to fixing a garbage disposal, patching drywall, or painting a room. Last fall I was certified as a Trim Tex Pro after completing a multi-day class. If you are unfamiliar with Trim Tex, they are a “drywall art” company using vinyl cornerbead to create just about anything imaginable with drywall. Although most projects are small and performed by me, I occasionally do large projects and have the ability to hire helpers. Recently, I built a large deck over a pool damaged by the Skirball fire in Bel Air and installed a 100ft temporary fence to secure the property. I also worked with a real estate company in Irvine painting the interior of large homes. Basically, I’m a Jack-of-all-trades and fix just about any problem you have in your house. When charging, I do hourly for simple projects, like furniture assembly. But mostly I will price per project, especially for-plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall. I am living and working in the Chicagoland area and ready to take on any projects you need done with quality and integrity!
