- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service will be quoted on an individual basis, because I am just an individual and not a massive business I can guarantee I will be competitively priced compared to others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love being able to talk to the person I will be helping and find out exactly what needs to be done, from there we can talk about what services they will need and how we can work together to ensure that I complete the job to their entire satisfaction!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Everything I have learned how to do has been self-taught using tools ranging from books to videos. But mainly the things I have learned how to excel at have been done through hands-on experience.
